The Enchanted Wagon terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to The Enchanted Wagon and by placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read this agreement carefully. Upon entering into this agreement, you the hirer, agree to be bound to the terms within it.

That no smoking is permitted in or within 5 meters of the wagon.

Not to use any Lighting, heating, cooking gas appliances naked flames or candles unless battery operated.

Not to bring animals into the wagon.

A maximum of 8 people in the wagon at one time.

The Hirer must agree the land has suitable access and is flat to pitch the wagon. The land must be clear of any debris and faeces.

Hire Period

The hire period for all items which are supplied The Enchanted Wagon will be for the agreed hrs at booking. Any extension to the hire period must be agreed with The Enchanted Wagon owners. Please ask for a quotation for longer periods of hire.

The Enchanted Wagon agrees to hire the items to the customer for the period of hire stated on the invoice agreement.

The items shall always remain the property of The Enchanted Wagon. The customer is solely responsible for the items during the hire period from the time of delivery/collection until the items are collected/returned to the Enchanted Wagon Owners.

Delivery and Collection

On receipt of the items, the customer may wish to inspect all items and any shortage or damage must be notified by the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to do this, the items will be deemed to have been delivered in a clean and undamaged condition. Equally, if there is no-one available to check the items, they will be deemed to have been delivered in a clean and undamaged condition.

Props on hire are not to be moved from the delivered address without the written consent of the owner Of the Enchanted Wagon.

IF THERE IS A DELAY IN RETURNING PROPS BACK TO US, CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

We personally deliver from Gorleston Norfolk Within a 10 mile radius free of charge.

*WE USE A LOCAL COURIER COMPANY FOR ALL DELIVERIES OVER 10 MILES*

*PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO INFLATION*

Use of Equipment

All equipment must be used in a safe manner, considering any instructions supplied with the equipment. No responsibility is accepted by The Enchanted Wagon Owner for injury or damage to any party/equipment caused by improper use.

Terms of Payment

A 50% booking fee will be required to secure your date. This will secure all items you have specified on your order.

The final balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your event.

If your event is a last-minute booking i.e. Less than 6 weeks we will require payment in full prior to the event.

For bespoke props, we will issue a Pro-Forma Invoice before commencing the work.

We will inform you within 5 working days if there is any damage or loss to your order.

Lost or damage to any items will be charged for and deducted accordingly. If you break or damage any prop items, we will invoice you for any extra cost (replacement costs will be sent out on confirmation of booking) and this must be paid within 10 working days. Please be aware water/drinks spillages will be deductible if the items need re-painting.

Cancellation

If the customer wishes to cancel the order, The Enchanted Wagon must be notified in writing.

The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 30 days’ notice given in writing = 50% of total charge

15-29 days = 75% of total charge

Under 14 days = 100% of total charge

Cancellation by our part

We reserve the right to cancel agreed prop hire in the instance of unforeseen circumstances. In the case of such as this, a full refund of monies paid will be issued.

Liability

The Enchanted Wagon will accept NO responsibility for damage or injury to persons or property because of this hire arrangement.

Hirer is responsible for any injury that may occur to persons over the hire period.

Insurance

For your peace of mind we strongly recommend that you take out suitable insurance as all items are the responsibility of the hirer until collected by The Enchanted Wagon Any loss, damage or breakage will be charged accordingly.

Definitions

Props: Items hired out by the owner to the hirer Including the Wagon.

Owner: The enchanted Wagon Owner.

Hirer/Customer: Persons hiring props and Wagon from The Enchanted Wagon.
